i agree with eira because most photo edit things like paintshop pro cost a lot which makes it hard for me to ask my parents if i can buy it. (my parents make a big deal all the time about saving money which i do.)

PSP 9 was only $30 when I bought it off ebay...and that was with the buy it now option o.O

I got mine for like $70 brand new because I didn't have any of the older versions

you paid 70 for it. i only saw it for 40 or 50 at the store. (maybe its not that bad.) i guess its because of the junk mail i get where its like 160 dollars or something like that to get adobe or other things.

I bought it like a month after it came out, it was on sale from $90. Oh, and you're thinking about Adobe, those programs can be up to the $700 range
